Processing time for orders is 2-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). (Processing time means the time frame it will take us to review, package and prepare your order for shipping.) These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Your order will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed. We only offer shipping via the United States Postal Services using Priority Mail Shipping. Once shipped, transit time within the United States is within 3-5 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.

Ok, so I originally bought these glasses at the beginning of the year on sale. There was a mix-up and I accidentally received stemless body glasses instead. Y'all this is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They were so nice and sent me these glasses, while letting me keep the stemless ones. These glasses are perfect and I think the unconventional shapes make my brunches more fun.

I am in LOVE with my glasses! Excellent care was taken with shipping so that they would not break when shipping AND they were shipped the same day I placed my order. I am even keeping the box shipped in for when I move out so I can pack them well lol. Aside from that they are beautiful and durable. NOT cheap plastic or glass. Will be buying more.
